Acknowledgments (Confirming your signature)
This is the most request we receive. Our job here is to verify that you are who you say you are and that you are signing the document of your own free will.
- What we do: We carefully check your government-issued ID and ask you to “acknowledge” that the signature on the document is yours.
- Best for: Real estate deeds, contracts, and power of attorney forms.

Administering Oats & Jurats (Verifying Truthfulness)
Sometimes, a document required you to promise that the information inside it is 100% true. This is more formal than a standard signature.
- What we do: You must sign the document in front of our representative. We will then have you take a verbal oath (such as “I swear this is the truth, so help me God”) or an affirmation.
- Best for: Affidavits court documents, and sworn statements.

Certifying Copies
If you have an original document but you don’t want to part with it, we can certify a copy for you.
- What we do: We compare your original document with a photocopy to verify that there are identical, then attach a certificate stating it is a true copy.
- Note: We generally cannot perform this for birth certificates or marriage licenses; this usually must be obtained from the county clerk’s office.
Pricing Details
All Services are $5 a Notarial Act (per signature) plus Travel Fee.

$25 from 0 to 5 miles
$50 from 5+ to 10 miles
$75 from 10+ to 15 miles
$100 from 15+ to 20 miles
$125 from 20+ to 25 miles
